Best way to introduce QR ordering to regular walk-in customers?

We're switching from a printed menu to table QR codes next month. Any tips on getting regulars comfortable with scanning instead of asking a waiter directly?

We kept a couple of printed menus at the host stand for the first two weeks — most people switched over on their own once they saw how fast it was.

A small table tent that says "Scan to see today's specials" worked better for us than just a plain QR sticker.
